Welcome to West Side Toronto!
Home to a wide variety of people, from families, to young professionals, and of course your favourite real estate team (hi!), West Toronto holds on to plenty of its unique history while continually setting Toronto’s hottest trends. The area has a great mix of residents and West End real estate options.
This part of the city is incredibly walkable, has ample TTC access for ease of getting around the city, plus the convenient addition of the Union Pearson Express and offers much better drivability than other parts of Toronto. We’re also proud to say that areas in West Toronto – like The Junction – offer some of the city’s cutest and most unique restaurants, cafes, and shops of all varieties.

West Side Toronto Neighbourhoods
Spot the infamous white squirrel in the park, then head across the street to White Squirrel Coffee Shop for a latte and stroll along Queen West to find your new favourite restaurant or shop.
The Junction Triangle hits all the right notes for aspiring residents: An artsy spot , with plenty of cool shops and restaurants to choose from.
Home to city-wide favourites like The Drake and The Gladstone, this neighbourhood retains its Portuguese roots yet is infused with the hip and unique flavour of West Side Toronto.
Whether it’s just for a visit or for life, being in Little Italy means you can easily fill up on fantastic food, culture, and history.
The Junction area is super cool with tons to offer, and it’s the neighbourhood that we love and that we live in. It has tons of cute shops, cafes, and some of the funkiest restaurants in the city. The Junction is also a really practical part of the city – located near all of the amenities you need, including the big box stores, but in a quieter part of the city.
Getting around the city from this part of town is incredibly easy, whether you’re commuting by car, or using the various TTC options nearby. The recent addition of the UP Express was also a welcome addition to Junctionites, as it’s located nearby. If good quality schooling is important to you and your family, then The Junction has you covered on that front as well! Some of the best schools in all of Toronto are located here, and the area has proven to be a great place to raise a family.
We’d love to give you a tour of our home neighbourhood, so don’t hesitate to give us a call today!
With great schools, easy access to Downtown, and a strong community feel, it’s easy to see why Bloor West Village is such a sought-after neighbourhood.
Reputable schools, tons of history, and a short distance to the waterfront? High Park-Swansea has it all! Not to be forgotten is the much-loved High Park, beautiful in any season.
We love how strongly you can feel Roncesvalles’ European roots when you walk along the streets here. It also has easy access to the lakefront and great Polish restaurants, like the popular Café Polonez.
Gentrified and growing, Corso Italia is home to great shops and food along St Clair West and the ever-convenient Stockyards Village. Plus, there are plans for the Eglinton Crosstown LRT to connect the neighbourhood to the Downtown Core.
Dufferin Grove revolves around its namesake, Dufferin Grove Park, which is a community gathering place popular with all residents. Adding to the charm is the area’s close proximity to College Street and its easy access to the Downtown Core.
