I have over 14 years experience in Real Estate. I work all over the city; as far west as Burlington and the East out to Whitby. I am born and raised in Toronto and know it very well! I am on top of which areas to avoid and the ones that are up and coming. I like to work in different parts of the city as I enjoy the variety and the challenges it presents and it allows me to meet great people from all walks of life and from different backgrounds.

My market base is approximately 50% condos and 50% homes. In the past two years I have sold 195 properties in the city—that alone demonstrates my experience.

I draw strength from my years of experience providing utmost customer care in multiple public relations positions. While pursuing my degree with the University of Waterloo, with a focus on business management and consumer psychology, I developed a strong understanding of the skills required to manage and satisfy client needs. This foundation allowed me to secure several positions in a variety of industries, and with each appointment, I saw myself excited by the opportunity to develop long lasting friendships with a broad range of clientele.
However, it was during these opportunities that I truly learned that most of the skills required to satisfy and retain customers were not skills that could be school-taught, rather, were driven by an intrinsic motivation to ensure the well-being of each person who I had the pleasure of meeting. I have been commended for this ability throughout my working years, and look forward to applying these skills while searching for a property, which is most suitable for you.
So then, why real estate?
I felt constricted by the positions I held, where each new venture seemed to plateau after a couple years of growth. Feeling a thirst to expand my niche, I continued to recall our first house purchase with my parents, where we bought a true fixer-upper. Within a few years, we had torn down nearly every piece of drywall in the house, and had created a new, very pleasant home with our (once very displeasing) black sheep of a property. This fuelled my interest in architecture and design, and gave me an appreciation for the creative potential of unique spaces.
With a growing urban population in the GTA, I saw a blank canvas available for me to try to establish the same satisfaction I felt from designing our first home with those who were looking for a change also. At StuSells, we are happy to take leaps and bounds to ensure that your experience is enjoyable and fun. As part of the team, I look forward to expanding our territory to cover regions north of the city.
