Stuart Sankey.
I was born and raised in Toronto and know this city like the back of my hand! I’m on top of which areas to avoid and which ones are up-and-coming and work all over the city. I really enjoy the variety and challenges that come with working across the area – plus, it allows me to meet great people from all walks of life and from different backgrounds!
But being a great agent requires more than just knowing the area. You want an agent that is knowledgeable, ethical, honest, up-front, trustworthy, and knows how to market and sell your property. In the past two years, I’ve sold over 500+ properties in the city – that alone demonstrates my experience.
With over 15 years’ experience in real estate, I have a strong in-depth knowledge of the home and condo market within the city. My comprehensive understanding of home construction, combined with my well-honed marketing and negotiation skills, means I’m able to sell properties quickly and for a fantastic price.
What’s my secret?
I feel real estate is exciting! The thought of moving should not be stressful and daunting, so I take care of all the necessary details to make it a fun and enjoyable experience.
My business is based on referrals, so I always make sure that I give my clients 110% and that they’re completely happy with their real estate experience. I’m not one of those agents whose focus is on the money and is in the business for a quick sale. Most of my clients end up being good friends and are invited to some of the best client parties in the city!
